Over the course of her career, Stacy has held executive leadership roles in healthcare and financial services.  Her focus has been  in operations process and on connecting employee productivity and well-being with successful customer service. The environments that organizations create send a strong message to customers and employees.  Austere, often grey and white, “clinical” work spaces that focus on function rather than people, have a damaging effect on the culture and well-being.  Stacy sees a huge opportunity for companies to introduce the many benefits of biophilic design. Spaces with vertical gardens and other plant installations transport people to a place of productivity and calm, and the health benefits of clean air and increased oxygen are another tremendous plus.

Stacy holds a B.A. from Boston College, and an M.A. from the University of Connecticut. She has presented on the subject of creativity, collaboration, and performance at numerous venues and holds multiple design patents.
