Over the course of her career, Stacy has held senior leadership roles in Healthcare and Financial Services. Her focus has been on connecting successful customer service models with employee productivity and wellbeing. Modern urban design, particularly in offices, is often focused on the functions rather than the people. Stacy sees this as a huge improvement opportunity. The environments organizations create send a strong message to customers and employees. Spaces with living plant walls transport people to a place of productivity and calm. The health benefits of clean air and increased oxygen are another tremendous plus.
Stacy holds a B.A. from Boston College, and a M.A. from the University of Connecticut. She has presented on the subject of creativity, collaboration and performance at numerous venues and holds multiple design patents.
